We aim to respond to emails/messages within 48 hours of receiving your message, but sometimes our response times can be slightly longer, especially during busier periods.
Shipping + Collection
UK Delivery cost – £5.50 (please allow up to 10 working days)
International Shipping – £29.00 (Please allow time for your order to go through customs)
Shipping will be added on at the end before you check out, for those who have international shipping, your shipping price includes duties and taxes.
Please note these are estimated shipping times that include processing time with the shop and are calculated from the date you ordered. Our orders are processed 4 days a week unless we have a home game, when it may take slightly longer.
We aim to post our orders out as soon as possible once they are orders
Returns, Refunds and Exchange
Any items bought online or in-store can be returned to the Club Shop which is located at 32 Commercial Street, Harrogate, HG1 1TY and we will issue you with a return or exchange.
In addition, any personalised items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
If you have purchased an online order and would like it to be refunded, please bring it into the shop or return it via post to the shop’s address. Unfortunately, if returning by post we do not cover the cost of postage.
You have 28 days to return your item if you are unhappy with it. In addition, if any items are bought during a sale, you have 7 days to return your item.
